Shaheedaji Adabarse. I watched your yoga classes for prostrate and obesity. Your way of demonstration is superb. Any one can easily follow them Most importantly, the way you explain the yoga is full of love and apnapan. I felt that hearing your voice on yoga is itself a yoga for me. I have started first three yogasanas which you have explained. It will take some time for me to be successful completely as my muscles have to become flexible. I am not good at digital correspondence. I will ask my daughter and join your yoga classes. At the same time, I will also tell other people about your online yoga courses. God bless you. Khuda Haifa.
