मैडम वटसप नम्बर कुछ देर रोकें जभी लिख सकते हैं जो जो एक्सरसाइज आपने करके दिखाई मुझे उनकी ही ज़रुरत है बैड पर बैठ कर कर सकते हैं क्या।कमर से लेकर पैर की उंगलियों तक बहुत दर्द रहता है।

आप यह प्रोग्राम दुबारा दिखाओ मगर पर्दे पर कुछ भी लिखा हुआ नही होना चाहीए तभी हमें आपके पैरों की एक्टीविटी दिखाई पड़ेगी । लिखना ही है तो उसको सरका कर दाए बाएं कोने में दिखाओ ।
