Even the sword with the barbs is based on a real sword. Seven-Branched Sword, or _Chiljido_ is a ceremonial sword that is believed to be a gift from the king of Baekje to a Yamato ruler.

I believe the daggers are meant to be reversed gripped, held so the blades come down for a "hook" effect into their enemies, not thrown. BUT.. its a toy.. so do whatever floats your boat, but I cant remember their names. Meant for up close combat and "hooking and slicing" into an enemy.

Classified series has made figures I didn't have or even interested in as a kid, top notch and wanted as an adult. I thought the design was a bit off and the swords were tacky when I was young. Now I love this guy and looking forward to when he ships in the U.S. (Though I'm still not a fan of the Night Creeper 2 head and swords are still a little tacky) Thanks for the review.

That's awesome to read. It's funny how that happens, because in a way I'm a bit all over the place. On one hand, I like design changes with some figures (see: Snow Job) where they improve upon a classic. On the other hand, I really want to see more new characters (Mole Rat) hit the line. There's been a couple of figures I never had as a kid that I've grabbed and I'm kind of 'meh' about them. Bazooka for example.

Good review on this one too, I’ve not ordered this one as it didn’t land with me. The aesthetic didn’t do it for me and this was really outside of my window of Joe collecting from a historical perspective. It seems like a cheaper look figure vs the Doc figure I’ve seen you review or any of the prior wave Joe’s I’ve got recently. Also agree with the comment made that stated the first few waves seem overall to have had a better quality buck and accessories. Couldn’t agree more there: Yo Joe
@SharkEyesToyView
@SharkEyesToyView 4 ай бұрын
Thanks my man. It's only worth collecting what you like and brings you joy, brother. Right? That's just the entire first impression I got. I don't want to say it's lazy, but I can't help but wonder if majority of the budget for it went into the tooling for the new accessories and extra head.
@Sabir_DelNorte
@Sabir_DelNorte 4 ай бұрын
@@SharkEyesToyView I’d have to agree entirely with that sentiment too regarding this particular figure. It’s not a bad figure by any means though if wasn’t my type of figure to collect, it’s not bad but you do make some great observations about this one in the quality department by contrast to the others in that same wave, brother.

I think the classified line has over all gotten cheap compared to the older figures in the line but it’s more popular now and they are pumping out a lot more figures so 🤷🏻 great review! night creeper is a pass for me I’m more of a 82-88 guy with a few exceptions (him not being one of them lol)

Thx for the kind words. It definitely all comes down to money. You can see it with each figure release, the reuse and overall quality. Hasbro is making money hand over fist with this line, wouldn't it be nice if it reflected in EVERY release.

good review bro yes, the sound is better now, thanks ah, he looks better than expected for me, the sculpt is great! but I never liked the colour scheme, and no big Cobra logo... this is one instance where a crimson colour would surely tempt me way more but still, add the dam logo, it looks way better I love the 2 nd head for reasons, you choose your fav, ok but... you can also specialise now... some may have other weapons. the pose management many do the poses off camera, but since it s hard for you, you could use the plates, it s ok and it s not like it s easy for me either, those are hard difficulty level - pro - art and art takes time, and those are very stiff fresh out of package when you do the video... eh, the warm up should be you, loosing the joints by posing for hours... in theory, this is your ultimate figure, the one you sleep with, always dreamed of so you ll pose it like crazy, of course, except, not you who buys many, eh. we tend to forget details like that, thinking only about the next one.... I like to see you try, and you actually come up with cool fighting stances in the process, and also show the specific limitations of this guy ah yeah! ouh, this looks great bro, wow! comparison pays already, so much cooler as addition! your observations are correct, and good, just, it s more weight, it can t be helped my best trick is to work the ankles while they stand, it warms up and take a fix also, sometimes, you re better posing with.... 2 figures! yeah, touching and holding by gravity so now you know? better! mm, I ll check other reviews for sure about that back grip bro disappointing, sure, a rubber band will fix this, but... it should nt be like that because you do a pro review mostly, I understand your good intuition to 'lighten up' the atmosphere in humour, I d suggest a civilian silent host for fun you have guys in suits in the back, or any lady would do comparison, yes, but also maybe a pose reaction to the types dreadnok - lady runs Joes lady accompany, or is saved, ect, just a surprise signature, D so now you know... great show bro
