So since reviewing the G.I. Joe Classiifed Night-Creeper, I purchased two more figures and I just wanted to see if they had the same QC issues I had with my initial purchase.
This video serves as further proof that the factory QC issues that a lot of us have experienced in the past, still persist with the newer waves unfortunately. I hope it also instills some confidence in collectors, but also as serves as a reminder that these things do happen with Hasbro toys. It's pot luck really.

I'm also in Melbourne and have had this figure pre ordered but it won't release until mid next month. Glad to see the backpack was not a standard issue but hopefully it's not a common enough issue either.

RIght? It was definitely something I felt should be highlighted, because a first review can of course leave an impression on people. So it was good to see the other two were in order.

@@SharkEyesToyView yeah considering what these things cost nowadays. 24.99 retail here in the USA. I have a wholesale account and a small online toy business so I get them a bit cheaper. But still for what they cost they should be correct when you get them .I agree 💯

good qc report bro as you probably know, it s not going well with China... this could be the start of a trend, even going crescendo I have addressed the issue with Hasbro, even layout a strategy, but it must come from fans first... I cannot expect any official answer to the post I made, it s very audacious, but righteous I m not for show with my values, gi Joe international hero, all expect us to win world peace. and, would you rather live as a cockroach? eh. so it s not so bad to be vocal about world peace, it s a bridge with China, and a symbolical gesture the good will of the people we don t fight the cowboy admins, it s good cop - bad cop chemistry here one of us will win for the good of America and alliance. you have your assignment bro, it s not classified anymore, good luck! so now you know... good show bro

I've ordered three myself, I usually have my multiple troops hold different weapons. In your case, I would have the one with the warped hook hold the crossbow. Easiest way to forget about the defect. Myself I was unfortunate enough to get a defective clear windshield on a Haslab Hiss Tank, but thankfully, I got two as I intended to have each set up with different accesories (windshield, wheel covers, etc.), otherwise it would have driven me insane.

How many night creepers are you going to army build? I ordered one case of eight but I don't know if I'm going to open four or six. It's starting to become an issue for me the space.

I'm don't at three unless I eventually see them discounted, then I'll maybe grab three more. My rule is a limit of 6.

Maybe contact Hasbro consumer affairs about a replacement. One of my haslab hiss tanks the hiss driver was missing paint on his visor. I contacted them I had to go back and forth however eventually they made it right. I'm not sure how or what the phone number is internationally but I would look into it.

Yeah good in theory, but with the international component it makes it very tricky and Hasbro Australia are basically useless. I can live with it, I just want to see people get what they pay for in good order.

I have two of the 2nd version of Firefly, and both are very loose at the waist joint, but one is far more significantly loose than the other, as the torso wants to pop apart and separate from the midsection. Hasbro is doing great sculpts, but the quality of their plastics is questionable at best. Rubbery weapons are one thing, but sometimes the figures themselves suffer from being made of poor materials. I'm not hating on the Classified line--it's my current favorite action line that I collect--but there are QC issues for sure. The quality of plastic used for Marvel Legends figures is a bit more noticeable though, because many figures have sleek costuming that doesn't hide bending and warping so well. A few of my Legends Iron Man figures want to do the splits because the plastic is so rubbery, they don't want to hold a pose against gravity. I know corporations about always concerned with costs, but I'd pay $10 more per figure if the figures had better quality in the trade-off.

Well said. That Firefly release had those waist issues across the board. It's pretty poor really when you consider that's an iconic character and people were clamouring for his vintage look after the first release was met with a 50/50 response. Like you said, the gummy weapons rubbed a whole bunch of people the wrong way. Fortunately they are altering the durometer to rectify that, now they need to shift their focus to rectifying poor figure bucks and joints. Because we can go all the way back to Zarana's arm popping off and some of those earlier figure drop down hips being fine examples of the QC being off. 4 years in, it's not asking much to expect better when the line is going gang busters.
