My understanding of singing is that it is all regarding the speed of the frequencies emitted from vocal cords and letting resonate in the appropriate areas of the skull. The lower and slower frequencies will vibrate in mouth-oropharynx and higher and faster frequencies will go into the mask-nasopharynx. Singing It is all about science...

Porque no se si la respiración debe ser profunda ( inflando la parte baja del abdomen como Monserrat Caballé) o más intercostal (ampliando las costillas). Saludos!y mucho éxito para lo que viene!

Thank you for the great video! I have a question, could you please listen to a voice clip of mine to say whether the high notes are good or not? Right now i can not afford lessons. Very sorry to waste your time in this manner, but thank you so much for the videos! I am not operatic in my singing, but getting that training from videos like yours really helps me to visualize the voice better and improve it.

Why if im try to push my larynx down i feel like i create tension

Its not about pushing it down its about relaxing the muscles around the neck and supporting from the diaphragm. Open your jaw to encourage relaxation and good support. Do mot emgage neck muscles or push the larynx down…let it maturally go low by relaxing. Heck out his other video on it. He guves you a nice exercise

The larynx goes lower when spaces are open. If you need to push it down, it means your throat is closed. It's not a simple thing to achieve but once you do it the first time correctly, you won't forget.

I would ask the same thing myself. I am a countertenor who has been conditioned to believe that I am a bass baritone. I am still struggling to release my high notes.
