Saved up and bought a 35.000$ Audi and ran 2 marathons in stockholm & Hamburg within 1 month. It was’nt as hard as a thought it would be- the big issue is when we have a free choice. Had a buddy at work ask me how I lost the weight I recently lost. My exact words to him were "I got over it." He asked me what I got over, and I told him I got over the fact that losing weight was going to suck, not eating was going to suck, doing what little excercise i had to do was going to suck. It was going to be boring, my stomach was gonna grumple, I was going to be grumpy. I was going to be sad, and dopamine deprived. It was going to suck. And I got over it. I got over the fact that it was going to suck for a loooong time, and I did exactly what I knew to do. Eat less calories than I used: accomplish that goal somehow. I lost 70lbs. Not overweight anymore, fuck being overweight. That sucks. The person in your life that you see "winning" all the time just gets over it more than you do. They get over it every day. Getting over it isn't easy though, it's a climb, but you gotta get over it or it defeats you. You stay fat forever. You stay dumb forever. You stay poor forever. You stay mad forever. You stay that way until you get over it. A hard truth I had to learn the hard way. Much love.

*Aspirations Lounge* 🧡 This is next-level mentality! The truth is, *getting over it* is what separates those who stay stuck from those who level up. It’s not about quick fixes or shortcuts, it’s about showing up every single day and doing what sucks. The hard truth: if you don’t get over it, it keeps you chained. 70lbs down? That’s proof of the power of persistence and self-discipline. Keep crushing it-every win is earned, and you're making it happen! 💪🔥

Respect to this man. And he went to military to "restart" his life. Not everyone will or can do that. So some thought of responsibility is helpful. The more we see people in need in their worst times, in systems, in trauma, we see that people have lost their vitality, life energy, soul. We diagnosed them with depression, anxiety, stress etc. Deep down is a burnt out, lost souls out of balance and dissociated and extremely vulnerable. They know they had a life before but they struggle so much to come out of it. So some kindness and a change of environment that pushes them to rebuild basic habits and routine go a long way. That's the starting point. As long as you can have access to a safe reasonable healthcare, and basics are met, please give the gift of finding and changing environment to disconnect from your "stuck" place. Put yourself into heal within an environment that will help you heal and rebuild.

I know I am bad ass, tapping in my masculine and feminine energy and be the best version of myself. Be strong, beautiful, and live life authentically to myself and through the eye's of God.
