What I found strange is that the print for the Betty Boop cartoon 27:23 "Is My Palm Read" they use here, is one of those crappy redrawn color version but with a black and white fitter. If you watch the cartoon you may notice how choppy the animation it looks. That's because it was redrawn and repainted very slovenly to add the bright and messy colors in. You can even tell when you watch it you can see that the film is not like the normal black and white cartoon like the others. The color version also cuts quite a bit of the cartoon. Including one scene where Bimbo looks into his magic ball, and sees Betty's past where they show a naked baby Betty taking a bath. I'm not sure why but I guess where ever they got the prints for these cartoons. They never found the original black and white print for Is My Palm Read so they must of use the redrawn version. But added the black and white fitter, because yeah the color version is hard to look.

Also for some of the cartoons, they put a fake the end title for some reason. Off topic I like your profile

Can also add they lowered the pitch (or speed of the whole cartoon), pretty similar to what public domain distributors did to most Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies shorts (a few good examples being Ali Baba Bound, The Case of The Missing Hare, A Corny Concerto and Yankee Doodle Daffy.)

Fun fact: the titles of "A Haul In One" at around 10:30 are mismatched because of a master tape error: the splitted aap ending card should be on the Popeye cartoon "Gopher Spinach" which in fact is missing exactly that portion of its aap end title. How did this happen? I have no idea.

Betty Boop cartoons used to air on Pluto's Classic Toons channel--before they nixed that channel almost 2 years ago.

Around 7:00, the cartoon titles are mismatched. The opening titles are for Aladdin and his Wonderful Lamp, but the ending titles come from Popeye the Sailor Meets Ali Baba's Forty Thieves. Disc error?
