Something I love about this game is how it breaks the usual world sequence order for Mario games. We all know world 2 is the desert stage, but we went from grass to some water and now sky stage. A great break from the typical order.

I REALLY like the Dolphin Kick badge. It's not useful in a ton of stages, but the stages where you do get good use out of it, it's INCREDIBLE in. Even beyond the purely underwater levels, there's a few that have flowing water that still allows for really good utility of the dash it provides

From the Dolphin Kick badge test run to the ocean/waves themed scenery, I am liking this new world of orange Wonder Seeds I can't wait to see where more of the water levels will lead, and there WILL be more. Dolphin kicks for days! Too bad there's no mermaid suit to make the movement look good in addition to doing good things underwater.

Not sure if future episodes will talk about this, but if anyone finds the game too hard, the ! Block Badge will make the game essentially easy mode. Stage layout can have more powerups, easier jumps, less challenges, and there will be bonus coin rooms that can only be accessed with the badge. Personally, I think you should leave the badge off on your first playthrough of the game, unless you're losing a lot (i.e. lots of Game Overs), because the badge can make some stages too easy/not challenging.
