As many pointed out before me in the comments: it would be great to see Yo actualy teaching the baking part as well. (It was a fine example with the food poisoning.) I can't say I'm not enjoying the cake decorating, but I'd enjoy real baking just as well. It would 'save' much more cakes too.

Well done Sadie! You did a fantastic job! I made my first cake by myself when I was15. I put too much egg in, as I didn't realise they came in different sizes and it came out awful and solid as a rock!!! I learnt an important lesson that day, and ever since then I always weigh the eggs.
