The fact that they intended to separate the yolks and yet they cracked ALL those eggs into one bowl before doing so displays an unbelievable amount of confidence. If even one of those yolks broke when the egg was cracked that whole bowl of whites would be worthless, I'm genuinely impressed.

Cus the buyer is on one side with cheese and the other are plane flavor the baker guy create a cake in full set so he does not cook another cake. I also work at a local cake store and we always do this kind of methods To be fast and efficient.
