I've watched hundreds of catch and cook and hunting videos as well as car truck (ute) performance videos produced by a bunch of you Aussie legends and I have noticed consistencies in everyone's videos. I believe the top three things I've learned are 1.) Everyone needs to visit Australia at least once before they die to experience one of the most beautiful spots in the world. 2.) Mud crabs are a super awesome species to target and they are just as delicious as they are fun to harvest. As a Florida native we have some epic seafood including crabs which I love but I have to try mud crabs before I die. And finally.... .. Number 3.) The Snags from Bunnings are the legitimate Australian national dish and they need to bring back the onions!

If you’re going to properly kill the crab you have to stab it twice as they have two seperate nervous centres not just the one, there’s one under the tail flap and one slightly further up in a shallow depression on the underside of the body. Just the most humane way of putting them out of their misery as only getting one leaves it still capable of feeling pain and stress.

First time seeing one of your videos so I have to ask. Why use regular arrows instead of an arrow and gear designed for bowfishing? I'm assuming there's a specific reason since you definitely appear to know what you're doing. Bowfishing is the most fun you can have with a bow and arrow!

I love this!!! We don’t have those type of crabs here, the mud crabs here are yucky!!! But we have blue crabs, they definitely don’t get that big!!! Matt sure does love cooking with anything curry and coconut!!! ❤️

The fact that you’re using a stick to cook with is the reason I subscribed. Best content I’ve seen in a while, just caught my first crabs yesterday with a crab net but you’re making me consider a bow next time! Props keep up the great vids brotha!!!
