The thing that makes me mad is that cuts like ribs, wings, cheek meat, and oxtail were poor people food. Once they became popular in the mainstream population the price skyrocketed. I would love to be able to eat and try all different types of dishes and cuisines from different cultures. That's something that you know nobody really gets to do in their lifetime and would be an amazing experience.
