I think this was the first Moso video where I think maybe they overthought this idea? Might have sounded good on paper but it seems like a fattening, messy dessert. Well done to the team for making it through to the end! I was half expecting the chef to give up when the cream came out. Especially since she put the gelatine in everything else...

The title is misleading because she had to translate straight from Japanese... = = Plus it is meant to be a ''giant'' dount so obviously a lot of egg had to be used to increase the size.

I would never eat any of your cakes, they are so unhealthy and dont look very delicious - but the way you make them is fascinating, so artistic and creative - I love to watch it... :) :)
