If skin color, a phrase on a shirt/hat or if there was a case of mistaken identity, then it's a choice. The judge that let her out on a bond for a PAROLE VIOLATION a few days earlier, SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE BENCH and charged with negligence or involuntary manslaughter. She was arrested for shoplifting, which is a parole violation, got out on bond and then STOLE a knife and killed an innocent child. THIS is what soft on crime policies have gotten us.
