The inner ears are connected to the sinuses for drainage, and if your inner ears don’t drain fluid well what a doctor can end up doing is putting a tunnel through your eardrum into your inner ear to let fluid drain and that’s what I’m assuming he has to be able to blow through his ear to play the musical instrument.

4:50 At this moment I paused the video and spent the next 30 minutes searching for the hot girl walk (and fall) clip. But after all that time I couldn't find it, so I gave up. Then I unpaused the video and less than a second later saw that Chavezz had already included the clip all along. Smh. Oh well, at least I learned about the origins of the "hot girl walk" trend which is totally not completely useless information. 🥲
