Yolanda, I’ve been watching htci since I was in high school but in my adult life I haven’t watched as much and have missed a lot of cakes. Over the past few years I have found comfort and joy watching your work and listening to your commentary, your cake videos made me feel genuine happiness during some of my most trying depressive episodes. I’ve recently experienced the most traumatic part of my adult life. August 1st I suffered a miscarriage before I even knew I was pregnant and since then I have gotten back into watching your videos to help me feel that joy I used to feel. It’s been such a struggle for me to feel normal again since I lost my Alex, and I know you get lots of comments and request so I know you might not be able to fit this in with your cake plans, but October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month and if it’s not too much to ask It would truly warm my heart to see you make a cake for the parents of Angel Babies. I miss my baby every day even though I don’t know anything about Alex Charlie even if they would have been a boy or a girl, and this experience has been seriously eye opening for me and I just want to spread love and awareness for all the moms and dads of angel babies 👼

Great Cake! I'm confused though... it's interesting that you would mention that you specifically used white butter cream to create a distinct slice of cake when cut, but then you used the spoon to eat it at the end and there was no slice!
