You really need to learn the species of the fish you're showing on screen, as opposed to what you're talking about. Every fish with a bill, is NOT a swordfish. You've got Marlin and sailfish all over this video...

I'm not quite sure why you kept mentioning grouper. As far as I'm aware, they are not part of the diet of any of the swordfish species. I do, however, agree that Near Threatened is cause to have another look at how these various species are treated. I'm more familiar with the species seen here around the coasts of New Zealand, which includes Striped, Blue and Black Marlin plus Broadbill Swordfish. Edit: Had to walk away and came back. 04:27 I can't watch any more of this. You're showing power driven bottom reels while talking about catching swordfish. Please do more research than a 5 year old with a borrowed laptop.

You know the video is going to be hokey when the thumbnail has got a photoshopped conglomeration of different fishes as its representation of a swordfish, then, a majority of the footage is of sailfish! Content for landlubbers.
