Giant Taro & Spotted Snakehead Fish Stuffed with Dry Red Chili - Spice Fish & Taro Mashed Recipe

Can you manage this much spice food? Ever eat this kind of giant taro?
This big taro called in Bengali "Maan Kochu" and English they called it Giant taro/Upright Elephant Ear.
Most people never eat this vegetable and they think this is wild taro and can't be eaten.
Watch this video to know how village people eat this Giant vegetable.
First village boys collect this giant VEG from farm. And then women cutting it into small small pieces.
In the mean time they also cutting spotted snakehead fish/Taki mach to make Fish stuffed/mashed. This taki fish Vorta is very popular food in Bangladesh.
This is traditional style fish stuffed & taro stuffed making by 15 village ladies to feed about 250+ village people.
To make this mashed/stuffed/vorta ladies use dry red chili.
Village people love spice food, so this lady make spice food using red chili.
The also make red chili staffed using bare hand. Do you dare to do that using bare hand?
After finish cooking rice and taro stuffed and fish stuffed, village ladies serve food to whole village people.

@@sternzeichenlowe7958 no this vegetable is kind of sponge when cooked. It soaks water specially the green part. The upper part of the root is soft and very tasty. The lower part is less soft. It is tastier than potatoes if you cook it perfectly.
