Dang, that sweater you got in October is floating on you!! Again, awesome job Miranda!! Slow and steady wins the race!!! I need to start walking but is too cold. Hubby and I used to go for walks together but he speed walks. My old body can’t keep up. Hopefully I stop working long enough to be able to run out and grab a few things before we get hit with ANOTHER fricken storm. I’m over it!!! Everyday is different for Miranda’s eating routine. She’s recovering from a binge restrict disorder, so it’s important for her to not cage herself into food rules. She’s just trying to eat healthy often, and not overdoing it when she has something special or fun! She’s doing incredible! You can catch some of her meals and daily food intake in some of her “a day in the life” videos :) And she’s walking 2-3Km as often as she can, and doing fun outdoor activities some too :)
