Joe Schoen said a whole lot of nothing in his press conference. As usual he is keeping everything close to the hip. I do think they need to run it back at least 2 more years with a quarterback that he and coach Daboll pick.

They get 2 years. Draft and develop a quarterback. Schoen’s draft class this year was terrific, as were several of his FA signings. Daboll’s play-calling is good and another QB should be able to execute at least half of the calls this year. Jones will be the sacrifice. This is what rebuilds are. If in 2026 there’s no progress with their team and their guy, you can move on, and the desirable prime candidates will actually want to apply for the job. You fire them now, and you can look forward to Dennis Hickey or Kevin Abrams being promoted to GM, and Brandon Staley or Mike McCarthy being hired.

I’ve had hope that Drew Locks new team would be successful but when I heard that the Giants told Lock that he would have a chance to compete and the they reneged on their promise it would not break my heart to see Jones fail. They get what they deserve.

With 7 meaningless games left and Jones having a 23 million injury guarantee Jones will be inactive for the last 7 games and one of the two quarterbacks, doesn't matter which one, can change them as you go along, will be the qb for 7 games and at the end of the season all 3 qb's will likely be gone.

You know it’s funny, the qb gets the blame for the loss and credit for the win, when he’s only part of each, meaning the offense is part of each. So I would pick who is the best at playing at the qb position, and my answer without a doubt is Daniel Jones. To me, that’s who starts . Not who has more wins, because that’s a team, who is best at qb.

Start Tommy if Locke was better he would be starting after the Philly game and if you start Tommy he you really get to see what you have in a number 2 quarterback based on his work last season and this then if you get a quarterback in the draft or free agency Tommy is still there to build around

hopefully giants will have a new qb , ward is a great athlete , but sanders should be the overall better choice , i've watched almost every game he has played , and am always impressed , his O-line has not been great , but sanders survives sacks gets chased a lot but gets up and keeps on going , he has had to get used to media circus around the old man,, and survives it , ward has not had to deal with it near as much until about 1 month ago . n.y. is a 24 hour media circus .

Yo know karma is a bitch! They signed him to a contract for two years, and then they do a hard knocks and specifically put Daniel Jones in the limelight saying that they’re looking for another quarterback. Not only that, but it was also leaked even before the draft that they were looking for a quarterback. I dare say that Daniel may be playing his worst games to get back at them for having him have to answer to the media the whole season. It’s one thing if you want to draft a quarterback but to put that out on hard knocks the way they did and just think that he was going to come in and everything was gonna be OK. They should’ve just signed Russell Wilson and let him start and then Daniel could’ve been his back up. It’s boomeranging right back on the coach and the GM 🤐

This is what I don’t understand either. Nobody thought they would win more than 4-6 games and they were in some close games. We only have 2 ugly loses so I don’t know why we have to keep beating a dead horse. I just can’t stand listening to some of these podcasts. All they do is yell and scream about Jones. He hasn’t been great but it’s the whole team. They’re not playing together as one and I don’t know whose fault that is 😎
