As a Giants fan I was upset for so many seasons about this team but finally this year I’m really enjoying this team they are currently 7-4-1 we may be on a losing streak and tied with Washington but I’m still not gonna give up I have faith in this Giants team this year it’s different than many years

That Titans fan that shrugged at the end knows that's how it goes sometimes. You win some you lose some on last second fg's. Good job by Daboll for going for 2 instead of 1 , that give his players confidence.

Helps that’s we didn’t have Jason Garrett’s playbook from 2007 where he had hall of famers on the O line just running Saquon straight up the middle we actually ran people in motion outside stretch runs tosses had fake jet sweeps and it was against the titans solid defense we had to run left or Jeffery Simmons the bear would blow the play up lol

Mental illness! I'm convinced that's what this fanfare is all about. Just like blind faith in politics or religion, it's no different with these scripted football games. And just like politics and religion have you trapped in this endless perpetual cycle of consumerism...is the NFL. And you debate, like a child in the sandbox, whether Santa uses the chimney or the front door..😉 Remember that Germany did not lose World War II nor did America win. It was in fact won by the people who actually started, financed and finished it. And now they're here to collect interest on all that money they printed. It's no accident that you were educated to be mentally ill consumers... But as long as you keep consuming I keep making money. But not to lesson it's evil. No, I'm just taking back what was stolen from me these jesuit scumbags. As for this particular football game.... NFL 1- FANS 0

They won at home against the Cardinals in 2005, lost in Washington in 2011, won in Dallas in 2016, and now won in Tennessee in 2022. That loss against Washington was also the last time Washington played on 9/11 until this year.

Much respect to the Titans who are a tough, well coached, & dignified opponent. For the first time in a long time, the Giants are playing with that Giants energy & Giants swagger. This felt bigger than a Week 1 game. Football is a momentum game & a big win like this can really set the tone & set the trajectory of the season in a positive way. The Giants had to make the tough decision to clean house which ostensibly seems to have been the correct course of action. For the first time in a long time we seem to have set up a strong foundation from top to bottom: we have a smart up & coming GM & front office & a head coach with a long track record of success that has prepared him for this role. Both GM Joe Schoen & Head Coach Brian Daboll including Assistant GM Brandon Browne have come from winning franchises & have done various jobs at every level that have prepared them for this role. It’s beneficial Too that Schoen & Daboll have a shared philosophy & vision as they worked together for years at Buffalo. While Gettlemen failed miserably at fixing the Oline & pass rush which are arguably the two most crucial areas of a football team outside of QB & Head Coach which correlate with winning & success in the NFL, he did draft some good players. He left Schoen with a bad cap but the Giants had a decent young core of players. The Giants had a solid foundation on which to build. In around 4 months into the job & by the draft & free agency, Schoen did more to fix the Oline & pass rush than Gettlemen did in 4 years! He did so with limited cap space to boot. That’s what indicated to me that things were changing. I was immediately struck by Head Coach Brian Daboll’s authenticity & genuine nature. You could feel a renewed energy in training camp and a slew of encouraging signa as young players were stepping up & saying all the right things. So we had a fresh new front office, exciting young Head Coach & talented coaching staff & a still work-in-progress but talented young core of players. There was tons of reasons for hope & optimism despite naysayers, doubters & pessimists. Things felt different & gone were all the catchy football coaching aphorisms that Judge spewed. Our last 3 head coaches were good coordinators in their fields jut bad head coaches. Daboll is a rookie Head Coach but he appears to be the best head coach material that we’ve had since TC. So we have a strong foundation set from the management to the coaching to the roster. There were 4 big question marks & X-factors remaining. 2 of them were QB Daniel Jones & RB Saquon Barkley - could the two players at important positions approach their impressive rookie year numbers & build on that this year? The Giants admitted they’ve failed them both the last couple of years. If those two could return to that rookie year form & build on it as if this was their sophomore year, then things could indeed trend things in a positive way. The third factor is the Head Coach & the coaching staff gelling & getting the philosophy & schemes implemented. This would be the 3rd coaching staff & new offense/defense in as many years for most of the young Giants. Getting them well versed & comfortable in the new offensive & defensive schemes was crucial. Lastly, while the roster os still a work in progress their is undeniable talent here. It’s all up to the players. This is a team that has been mainly built through the draft which lends itself to continuity, which is a good thing. Can these guys get comfortable in their the new system, can they build chemistry & gel as a team? Many good teams win not just because of talent but because they play better than the sum of their parts - that’s a “team.” So far, so good. All of these X-factors seem to be coming together. We have a great group of guys & Schoen & Daboll are building it the right way & are still able keep this team competitive without taking shortcuts or sacrificng the long term for weak short term gains - that is a difficult balancing act. Now you had to be apprehensive yet optimistic as you saw Schoen & Daboll build & coach this team over the past several months. This is just one game but it seems to have confirmed all of the building hope & optimism. The past 5 years, 9 times out of 10 we lose this game along the lines of 9-20 or something like that. This is why you know we are on the right path. Was it pretty all the time & were there mistakes? No & yes. However, you saw grit, tenacity, energy, fight & then some. This is a young team but we have young veterans too who arreprecocious & mature beyond their years. Daboll & Schoen stress versatility but also the right type of guys & it’s paying off. Now that’s a lot of writing but I could write even more. There’s finally reason for hope & optimism after enduring an awful period of bad GMs, feast or famine drafts, awful head coaches & coordinators, losing seasons & painful & embarrassing losses at the hands of some of our bitterest & most hated rivals like the Cowboys & Eagles. That is the past. We are setting up things for consistent & sustained success. Schoen, Daboll & the rest of the staff are not only passionate football coaches but smart & cerebral. Not only that but they’ve shown that they can make the tough choice too which is emotional but necessary. Nobody expected us to do a thing but this team is on the right path & with some hard work & some luck they could very wel overachieve. Give me tough, hustling & gritty football players who play over the X’s & O’s like we have here over a team athletic freaks woth impressive measurables any day of the week. You can’t measure heart. When we won all of our Lombardi’s it wasn’t because we had the most talent but it was because we had good coaches, outstanding team chemistry & the best “team.” Let’s Go Giants!

The first thing I thought of was the QB sneak that correctly sinked the HC Judge a year ago. From having no confidence in your offense a year ago, to going for the win week 1 on a 2pt conversion with HC Daboll. What a year can do.

Saquon had a great game, but he has to switch hands when he gets to that left sideline. And what are the Giants doing with Toney? No targets, but they use him twice on gadget plays. Instead it's the Richie James Show. I don't recommend it.

I do give the Giants coach props for saying F it and going for it. He saw his off was rolling and went for it. I ALSO give the Texas coach props for playing for the tie. Ties don't hurt you as bad as a loss especially in division tie.

The finish was so agonizing because the Giants have lost so many games in the last few years by taking the lead with under 3 minutes to go and then the defense completely no showing for the 2 minute drill. Giants got lucky that the kicker didn't make it this time but again, they have lost so many in this very scenario.
