It’s amazing how when trains with other strongman athletes he for the most part keeps up. And if they do anything light for reps as a little competition he usually wins 😂. I honestly think if he was asked 12 weeks out from Britain’s strongest man to compete and he said yes, he’d win.

Loved all the video. I sometimes go to absolute fitness. I'm going more when poxy lock down is up. And I'm turning up to lift heavy. You will see. I'm taking all advice and using it against gravity.
