i dont think anyone has noticed the similarity to the chorus of this song and Dvorak's Humoresque in G flat(Which was one of the first pieces that Gershwin learned, from a player piano)

Why are there so few Gershwin recordings/so little film footage? It makes him seem even more elusive and exotic, like a deer in the forest.
