Should the circles on slide three at 0:48 highlighting the first and second groups of steps be aligned differently? In both examples neither cover 3 steps and initially caused me some confusion?

Yes! Description, Feelings, and Evaluation are the first 3 steps everything else is the 2nd 3 steps. It looks like the video got corrupted somehow.
