@davidbrucemusicvideo3 жыл бұрын
Interesting; I never knew he took lessons from Joe Satriani. Makes sense, now that I know, because the stuff that he was doing in Primus was pretty weird. Not quite structured stuff, but just interesting notes and patterns and scales, and what not. I never really liked his guitar playing in Primus, so it’s interesting listening to him explain how he fit in with such an active bass and drum team. I’m not saying he’s a bad guitar player, but it just was strange to me. But that’s why they kicked ass anyways. I was mainly just interested in the drums and bass. I took lessons from Satriani in early 1986, I think it was, but only for a month because I was a religious Christian at the time, and Joe was just starting to produce Possessed. I didn’t know this guy was in the band at the time. So I learned two things I didn’t know because of this video. Right on..
