First job after passing as a Driver in 1976 at Stratford MPD was at Temple Mills on 08s hump shunting; Got lost after Channelsea Junct until Leabrige Rd; Stratford MPD gone, both Freightliner terminals gone, Temple Mills hump gone, Leyton Ballast hole gone. Everything changes😢.

I had to chuckle at everyone at Stratford rushing to the information boards, wondering whether they were on the right platform, when "the machine" hove into view. Panic almost. LOL

Yes we ended up there abit ahead of schedule so was in everyone's way until he got us round to Channelsea Jn

@mrbluesky2050 I believe it was the busiest station in the UK not long ago as for the OLE I couldn't possibly comment a reason why

The 385 movement at Stratford whilst being held looks wrong platform as not heading to Overground platforms nor appearing to head towards Ilford

It would have been from Maridian Water and indeed to P11.
