The green does not. But there is an option with red.

@@thecadillacoftokyo8788 Argh, ignore the "1 MOA" listings on Optics Planet. We are trying to get them taken down. Either the red or green emitter is just 3 MOA right now. In the future we are hoping to do additional variants but right now you can choose between 3 MOA dots in red or green. We did a very small initial run of circle dot Omegas so there are a few of those out in the wild, but decided to put the circle dot reticles in our Alpha and Rock models instead. ---Mike
