Gideon’s cookies are very good. It will take me a few days to finish one. The only way I’ll eat them is after popping them in the microwave. Oh my, I’m in heaven by then.

I loved this review! I have to be honest, I prefer Crumbl too. I will get Gideon's if no line, but I won't wait for it. They are too rich for me. I don't like either one of their regular chocolate chips. I like the Gideon's coffee cake or banana bread one. Sometimes their monthly specialty one is good. I love the variety each week and the fun of doing a family sampling of Crumbl. I actually like to get the donuts at Everglazed instead of Gideon's.

We still want to try the coffee cake cookie! But we feel pretty much the same. Gideon’s is okay, but it just doesn’t feel worth the ever-present long line. 😢

thanks for being correct. but yes, gideon’s wins on theming! even coffee too since crumbl doesn’t even serve specialty coffees! i go to gideon’s just for the coffee not even the cookies 💀 also, you can’t (or at least i can’t) eat either one in one sitting and i notice crumbl cookies taste and last longer better than gideon’s do.

Great comparison review! Sadly I can’t eat any of this now bc I am GF. However this makes me happy as I was sad I couldn’t try Gideon’s, but doesn’t sound like I’m missing much! And I have tried Crumbl in the past, it is very yummy

Have not tried Crumbl yet. I am a huge Gideon’s fan, but only because I go to the downtown location and don’t go near Disney Springs. Gideon’s cakes are out of this world. My favorite is the key lime cake.

We went last week and it was a 4 hr wait. We got the peanut butter cold brew which was out of this world. I liked the cake red velvet better than the cookie. I was a one and done that trip. We went to sprinkles twice though.

we have crumbl cookie in california, but i've never seen versions of them you can hold in your hand. here they are all almost like a piece of cake/ bread but in cookie shape? if you held it in your hand it would crumble, which is why i thought thats why the name was like that. Most people would eat it with a knife and fork. Not a fan of it because its such a cake-like cookie but in this video it looks more cookie-like thank cake-like. Anyone else in california can confirm this? i once saw a tiktok of crumbl cookie workers using betty crocker cake box mix in socal for their cookies but video could also be fake.. lol

Went to gideons last year for the first time and I’d say I’m more a fan of there cakes and iced coffee then there cookies. Luckily I have a Crumbl 10 minutes from my house and my girlfriend and I almost go weekly to try their new lineup of cookies. Personally i like Crumbl better for cookies.

Gideons cookies have the texture of damp sand. Picture being at the beach as a kid and getting that fistful of sand that’s wet enough to hold a shape but not dripping. Now form that into a “cookie” mound and give it to your mom as a kid as a “cookie”. That’s Gideons. TRASH
