Taking out a member of the Farmers early on was a great decision because it breaks up one of the natural alliances. Even though Faux says he doesn't intend on playing nice, it's a good call to force alliances to shift. Torvesta and Skill Specs teaming up is a hilarious alliance that nobody would have expected, and I love what this season can enable.

I hope next GG Soup does a mini series like 'GG Boot Camp' where he takes the new players and uses old challenges to 1. get them more used to the challenges 2. gives them more screen time so it isnt so harsh getting banned week one. Edit: Soup did do a couple things with the new people, might just be an algorithm diff

@@ddd-op5wyI mean I’m not good at the game and even with victims setup I was like hmm that’s probably a bit expensive. I think you could do it under 10k fairly easily. You basically just need an addy sword and an msb and maybe a tiny bit of tank gear like an addy plate body for spinolyps and the rest is supplies.

@@skoodlemoose I saw her full sets of barrows I was cringing. Even if you’re going hard the difference barrows makes over armour literal mills cheaper is really minor. In her defence, if she’s not played on a max account, it’s very different. 99 stats makes such a huge difference

I think just being overgeared to make sure you kill them comfortably and hoping Victim is overconfident and dies with some crazy low budget gear seems pretty sound to me.

That was a great comment about Zoe calling you a baby and that being a good thing if it made people mad. I feel like people do not appreciate what someone being a heel brings to content. Honestly if you got mad at Zoe for saying that about victim then you should be so thankful to her because she gave you someone to root against and that makes the content so much more interesting and fun to watch because then you will not only be rooting for the people you like but you will be rooting for the downfall of the ones you don't like. I really appreciate Zoe commenting like that too and think it adds a lot to the dynamic of watching and makes it that much more enjoyable!

Big respect to B0aty for pushing back on the idea of throwing SoloMission into the banning. SoloMission's alliances are a huge part of what makes Gielinor Games exciting. He needs to be given some time to make some convoluted web before it's his time to go. The tribunal made a safe decision throwing you into the banning because you won last time.

There are only two people in my opinion in GG who are "chaotic" enough to pick anyone for the banning as their opponent. Most of them would do (and I bet they will unless provoked to do otherwise) what you did. You want to win at the end of the day and you fight for yourself

Like zecookies seemed off to a good start for a rookie, I think her biggest downfall was her lack of main experience. She still beat the bosses no problem but just got bad luck. I wouldn't take things too seriously. GG is basically just a reality TV show, people are gonna say inflammatory or dumb shit to get people interested and create fun narratives. Most of the narratives in any show like this are largely fabricated by comments like that and they make things more interesting.

i think the main reason zoe kinda got alot of flack for it is that shes the 2nd weakest right behind zecookies i feel like if b0aty or solo said it. it would have been like oh shit big moment. but it really did feel like a "wow he picked someone weak what a baby...i hope im not next"

I am not entirely sure if I like the format this season. Mainly because the new banning system, where the one who is voted in by the winner gets to pick their opponent. And as such, the one who is voted in would pick the weakest person in order to get the highest chance of victory. This would essentially turn this season into a competition of Experienced players against the Rookies. And also, it essentially eliminates the group voting system, which is a massive negative in my opinion. In season 3, you either had to be apolitical or have massive alliances and constantly be communicating and manipulating people. But in this season, you only need 1 friend in the tribunal to practically guarantee that you won't get voted into the banning.

If someone who is very good at pvp but lackluster at the rest of the game is forced to pick an opponent who they think is weaker than them, it is also peak content if they lose, it's a good system, just a bit abusable early on.

You would think so, but that's only the case until you look at the contestants. Once Zoe is out next week and maybe Skill Specs the week after, everyone is strong. There is no easy decision because everyone is good at the game. This system would be bad if half of the contestants were trash like season 2 or 3, but this has the strongest line-up so far, so I think it works.

When 18 people are submitting their item it's hard to notice patterns, they probably caught on at round 4 or 5 seeing Settled submit four moulds in a row but then he bluffed that he exhausted the entire Crafting Guild, and no wiki usage allowed so no way to check.

While I understand why people did not like your choice of Ze it did make logical sense. The only reason I dislike it is because Ze was new to GG so we didn't have any real idea of what kind of player they are.
