Gift cake | How to make a gift box cake (easy cake decorating)

This gift box cake is very quick and easy to make.
Learn how to:
make a perfect Present Box cake.
cover a square cake with fondant.
make a fondant ribbon bow.
I use two 8 inch square cakes sandwiched with ganache.
Coat with ganache and cover with white fondant.
Create the ribbon and bow with fondant, which is grey coloured and then add silver dust.

Before placing ribbon what did you apply? Is it water? Ganache or edible glue to stick the ribbon??

Can be kept in room temperature. But ganache might melt if the room temperature is higher than 20c. Hope this helps 🙂
