In a gift deed its mentioned without consideration. In conclusion its mentioned that stampduty and registration charges will be paid by donee .donee paid the said charges by online from his account which is proof of payment. Whether this is to be taken as consideration paid by donee .if yes whether Gift deed is void and can be challenged.

*Transfer of property act 1882 section 122 * Donor to donee transferred without any consideration. *Immovable and moveable property, donor should be owner. *Must be registered instrument.+ 2 witnesses With sub registrar. *Every page should be signed by donor. *Acceptance of donee is must. *Gift Deed not essentials for moveable property, if made should be registered. *Gift Can be given to 1 or more person in part. Conditional Gift can be cancelled if proved got through fraudulent methods, donee not fulfilled conditions, if gift for illegal purpose, if minor donee didn't signed after attaining majority. *If senior citizen proves that donee obtained gift through misleading facts.

Maine usko becha nahi, warish sutra mila jami 699 daag ka jami maine 2004 may becha ,warish sutra jo jamin becha uska mera naampe kono dalil nahi hay, jo jamin 2004 may becha uska chouhuddi or mera 2003 ka na becha giftdeed ka chouhuddi same ho gaya, abhi kisko milega jamin, sir , iska upay oupse janna chahata hoo.

कृपया वीडियों को ध्यानपूर्वक सुनने और देखने का कष्ट करें I मैंने भी वीडियो देखा है कहीं पर भी ऐसा नहीं कहा गया है कि मोबिबल प्रॉपर्टी के लिए गिफ्ट डीड आवश्यक है I वीडियो में कहा गया है कि मूवेबल प्रॉपर्टी के गिफ़्ट के लिए यदि .. यदि गिफ्टडीड बनायी जाती है तो उस डीड को रजिस्टर्ड होना आवश्यक है और संबंधित क़ानून को पढ़कर सुनाया गया है और दिखाया गया भी है I (video का टाइम 8.44) मेरा सुझाव है कि हमेशा कमी देखने से पहले भली भाँति निगाह कर लेनी चाहिए
