Hi, My dad expired in 2014 he made gift deed for me ..however during his life span apart from his personal earned property he gave me ancestral property too.But at that time those ancestral property was not in my father's name during making his gift deed.My mother is still alive and healthy with sound mind.So my question is can i get my ancestral property thru this gift deed as ancestral property is mentioned in that deed.I didnt claimed that property coz i am shifted my base from india to some other country Please reply ASAP.

Yes if that property belongs to your grandfather (even though father had no title ) you can claim as under Hindu Succession Amendment Act 2005 Daughter also have equal share in not only father but grandfather property too.. no will needed. If you have brothers then you will hv to share it with them too even if u hv Will.

What if A is close to his daughter and his sons(C,D) do not care about A at all only the daughter (B) takes care amd lives with the father, he gave his entire property to his daughter as a gift , is the gift valid?

@@YGLAW one suggestion bhai.. aap thoda speed bolenge to aur accha lagega.. i usually listen at 1.75xspeed. and this way time is saved.. but for those who want to make note simultaneously (without pausing) for them your normal speed is best... And also its questionable ki kisko kitna speed pasand he.. BUT I THINK YOU CAN SHORTEN TIME OF YOUR VIDEOS( not this one cz it's already short.. i m referring generally for other long videos) And IF POSSIBLE DO GIVE IT A SHOT. But bhai.. contents pe no question.. it's as good as any on this topic..❤️
