Gigabyte M32U 4K Monitor Unboxing!

The Gigabyte M32U has made one great first impression and I can't wait to spend more time gaming with it. I should have a review out sometime in the next month and there are plenty of settings I need to toy around with to see what else this thing can do. Im thinking about to buy it but here in Austria with 834€ which is about 900$ its expensive and i still want to wait till it drops to like 600-700€... But thats exactly the gaming monitor ive waited along time for. 144hz, 4k, ips, g-sync compatible and not 28" but 32" which is the exact size on my desk i need. Not too small and not too big like LG's 42" oled gaming tv which is way too big on my desk... Hmm

I'm wondering if this is a better option compared to the BenQ Mobiuz EX3210U. The only downside to this one that I can see is the lack of full bandwidth of HDMI 2.1. I don't get why they decided to only include 24 rather than the full 48. According to others though, It doesn't have any real impact.

im loving mine, I have both PS5 and PC with a 3080 and is great tbh... the picture setting that you show are the one you are using? as you said is good out of teh box but with a few tweks could be better, good unboxing.

Yea I believe I showed what my current settings are. Didn’t look great out of the box but it was a quick fix.

Just got this monitor and I love it but I’m worried I got a defective one and have to return. I have a issue in the first game I tested were if I look at the ground for example it can flicker and turn green or go grey on part of the texture? Any ideas?

Test a bunch of other games first and then if it happens again I’d contact Gigabyte

this monitor dont have gsync so it is not good if i have 4070ti nvidia card i wante this monitor but it is not nvidia gsync or can i use it or sould i find somthing with gsync?

Most monitors don’t have real Gsync modules anymore they’re just gsync compatible and it works perfectly fine. This works just with any nvidia card.

If you push the menu dial in on the monitor it turns it on i believe. Or there’s an actual button, I’m not at home to check.

Depends on the sitting distance. On a desk it’s a bit much with a 42 inch screen 3 ft from your eyes.
