Some pretty bizarre settings for benchmarking. Dlss auto, dlss balanced, frame gen on? Doesn't really paint a picture of the performance of the card in general

Should I? is that what you are asking sorry? For me I tend to check average FPS and show it while running around as I feel this is more of a good benchmark as this is probably how most people will play the game?

That would depend on your budget and if you feel that it would be a worthwhile upgrade for you. For me I would probably have stuck with my 3080 ti, but for others it might be worth it.

the 3080 ti is still a very good card and is about on par with the 3090.

It doesn't have dual bios and you can't overclock it as high as this one because you can't raise power limit from 285W That being said I prefer the windforce/eagle design because it's much smaller and lighter meaning sag won't damage the card.
