so helpful! ty! i’m 17 and i don’t know how to swallow pills or capsules... i cry whenever i have to and i end up not doing it. i’ve never in my life done it before :(

Thank you for the comment. Practice with something really small, and once you master that, increase the size of what you are swallowing. Pretty soon, you will be swallowing pills in no time. Best of luck.

I never knew about the lean forward method for capsules! (I take Venlafaxine capsules and they always seem to go down very slowly, I'm gonna give lean forward a shot - and I can always just drink lotsa water, and I almost always use glasses, cuz when I drank from bottles I'd have times when the capsule would decide to try and escape into the bottle!) it's such a basic thing that I've never thought about! thanks for the advice!
