I’ll tell you how well this worked for me after only 4 months.. 1. Fatty liver - my liver enzymes were in the 90s. They got down to 30s after 4 months of taking NAC. 2. Extreme depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety - ALL GONE. Literally none. 3. PMS - PMS associated mental symptoms GONE 4. Memory - I can finally remember things. My depression and anxiety and stress fried my brain. I’m finally starting to feel normal again. 5. Blood sugar (A1C) is down. 6. Irrational fears - NONE. It feels like I can finally let go and let God. 7. Had no sex drive - sex drive is back and better than ever! I will never stop using this. I can’t believe how quickly I got better. I feel like myself again.

This information had actually been around for decades. I remember studying all this back in 2005. And I do remember about three years ago reading University Research that proved that Coffee used in an enema stimulates glutathione production in the liver by up to 600-700. I have also seen many people beat cancer on the Gerson Therapy many times. I'll try to find that University study and post it. It was conclusive research.

I've been taking NAC for a long time - since I was diagnosed with HCV and found out that it was extremely beneficial in terms of liver detoxification. But recently I heard that it's best if cycled on and off periodically, as taking it continuously will cause it to stop increasing the glutathione levels (if they are already at or above a specific level). so now I take it for a week or two and pause it for a week or two.

I suffer from long covid, and I take many supplement because the doctors or the ER will not do nothing for me. I regret taking the JAB, because of employment requirements. I'm trying to detox with this, I take it for a week, then take it off for another, but during the time frame of being off, my symptoms come back. After the J&J and moderna jabs, my life isn't the same. My platelet count is above 400, the white blood cells are high. My cholesterol and atherosclerosis is a bit high. Get brain fog, get dizziness. I contracted covid twice after being jabbed. I am Fighting this illness from every side possible. Taking NAC, nattokinase, magnesium taurate. I also take niacin (nicotinic acid) the flush kind, to get rid of the microclots. Sometimes out of the blue I get these pins and needles inside my head, they feel like someone is using an ice pick inside my brain, although I know that supposedly they say brain matter has no pain, but I sure feel my brain hurts. Sometimes I get these head aches that start from the top back of my head and travel back of my neck to my collar and shoulders. I tell you, I've been suffering a living hell. I know that this will pass soon. Hopefully I can get rid of this.

@@bartginger123 Yes, I grow all my own food or source "clean" foods and I only eat a handful of things that are safe for me. Low histamine, no dairy and freshly cooked (no leftovers, no slow cooker). I also supplement with quercetin, a diy antihistamine made with baking soda/potassium carbonate, low dose aspirin and I use methylfolate as needed because of the MTHFR mutation. I also have some mutations relating to vitD and histamine which all together seem to create the MCAS situation. My son also has these same mutations and is on a similar diet/supplementation and it works great for us both. Adding the NAC and methylfolate made the biggest difference so far, but it's easy to overdo it on the methylfolate so I use it sparingly. Thanks for this. Yup, I've been taking NAC since 2019. Do note though, that it has been shown to be antagonistic to Ivermectin. So if you're taking IVM, just hold off taking NAC, 2 to 3 days on either side of the day you plan to take IVM.

Man, so many questions here. What is the purpose of coffee enemas? Just to get large amounts of caffeine into the body quickly? What is believed to be the active ingredients/function? Do you need a specific kind/roast of coffee? Can it be instant or drip or cold brew? This, having done some googling, seems to have quite a bit of woo attached to it...?

I decided to try NAC to help with severe hay fever that I've had for 7 years. GRAND SUCCESS! I'd been looking at weeks more of sneezing salvos, a throat so itchy you'd want to scratch it out, having to blow my nose at least once a minute in order to get a clear breath or three before it was sniffy again (not to mention handkerchiefs being soaked within 10 minutes), sleep interfered with through waking up sometimes with a completely blocked nose... It can make life SUCK, and make you feel very tired (immune system working overtime etc) The first day I took NAC, it cleared up at some point in the day. Since then, I've been 95% clear of any hayfever madness!!! I will still sneeze every now and then, or have a little sniffle. That's mostly when it's been a couple hours since my last dose of NAC (like after waking up), and when I take another dose, it clears up after 30min, hour or so. I take 3 600mg capsules a day; when I wake up, midday, and just before bed. I'm amazed, and grateful I found this after 7 years by doing a little extra research. Because although the mucus-thinning is clearly described here, I found almost no direct information sources linking NAC to clearing up hayfever, while if you look into it, it seems pretty dang clear it could help a lot of people... I preferred to suffer over taking anti-histamine meds or other dubious elements that could interfere with my natural systems. The only other thing that truly worked was megadosing vitamin C. But that's a whole lot of work, some days taking up to 50 grams of it, which can mean drinking nasty tasting water 10 tot 30 times a day, having to carry a bottle of powder and a water bottle around everywhere, all the time. The one thing I am still very curious about: WHAT IS NAC exactly? How is it made? Is it derived from a natural source or 100% synthetic, lab-made? When people ask me what it is, even after watching some videos I find it hard to describe what it really is. I know he says you can get it from onions / garlic, but I doubt there's squeezing the capsule contents from millions of unfortunate garlic cloves.

There has been interesting research suggesting that depression may be related to inflammation in the brain. If that's correct then I wonder if NAC's role in aiding depression/anxiety etc might be in raising brain levels of Glutathione and thus helping to reduce brain inflammation? Does this sound plausible? Are there any studies that have been done or are being done in this area?
