Gigan Upgrades Himself to Beat Godzilla (Fan Animation)

This was made to test out my Final Wars Gigan model, which I made in preparation for a possible animation featuring Gigan and Mothra in the main roles that I've been thinking about since at least early 2017. I can't say yet whether that video will be made or not, it still needs a lot of other models, including updated Mothra ones. All I can tell you is that I really want to make it, since it has been playing on repeat in my mind for the past seven years, and that its main inspiration is the 1998 metal rearrangement of the Mothra Song.
This Gigan model is one of the most elaborate ones I ever made, though it is simplified in some ways compared to the official movie design, like symmetrical grooves and mechanical details. Its armature has 388 bones (in comparison, my Showa Gigan model has 107). Making the model was mostly straightforward because I had some very good Final Wars Gigan toys to look at, but setting up the armature took days and days. The torso buzzsaw, which has to be able to spin, bend, conform to Gigan's outline and stretch together with his chest was the hardest to figure out, though the final solution is relatively simple, a combination of bendy bone segments, a stretch modifier and a lattice. I used a similar method for his chainsaw-hands.
I also gave this Gigan a pupil, which the real one lacks, but it gives him more expressiveness.
