court knows what a woman is ,however in this case it doesnt matter. over there. but i think you guy have that too. , over ther you can change your sex on your id . even worse they can change sex on birtcertificate. now that means for the law... said person born a male is now legally female. even though its just a male living / pretending to be one. since because of that they are legally female any judge will say legally we cant distinguis between a biological woman with female on their birth certificate and a transgender male to female 's birthcertificate stating female..... (they should have never allowed this. a seperate nomer would have been better it would have prevented this crap) so i fear in federal court she will lose. hopefully in high court they will change that ruling and it will have significant ramifications for womens rights. sadly it means this will cost her about a million aus dollars. hopefully crowndfunding etc will help her

Court said it was in the interest of the public that this case be heard. If it went thru the human rights commission, she would have lost before walking in the door. Now that its a constitutional challenge it must be heard.

Exactly, because if this case is lost, then there's no difference, if one can legally identify as a woman, then why can't we identify as a minor, for a softer sentence or even to pursue sick interests to be imprisoned with actual minors, we all know that would get exploited immediately.

In Canada a 50y.o MAN already did that in a swim place. He identified as a 13y.o girl and he was allowed in the girls dressing rooms and compete against them in the pool.

actually they cant ... the idit gov in aus has made it legal for people to chage their birthcertificate. that trans activist has now the legal birthcertificate stating female. so for the law .. she is female. they should naver have allowed that without figuring out the consequences.

He doesn't. He cannot KNOW this, because it is not true. You can only KNOW something if it is true. You can lie about something, knowing that it is not true. Or you can mistakenly or deludedly believe something to be true which is not true. In that case you might deludedly believe that you KNOW it to be true.
