Not even when the publisher _literally always lets everyone use their works copyright free in 100% of scenarios_ does KZbin recognize false claims, even though it would be the simplest of things for a giant like Google to make a function where if "x amount of claims turns fraudulent the rest becomes moot" or "publisher checks "it's fine"-box" function. Google is just somehow so goddamn incompetent they can't even improve where there's easy objective improvements to be made for everyone involved (except the fraudsters ofc), including themselves.

@@1nfamousprince well watching these trailers is content-farming for him mainly, but also i really don’t think that going in “completely blind” is going to be of any benefit to him anyway. i’m not supporting that the chatters are “dumb,” but it’s a fair criticism since i feel people severely overestimate how much information someone retains from watching a trailer (designed to not give important information completely away) one single time with little context while streaming with a chat of his size, all as someone who doesn’t rely purely on streaming gacha for a job. and even if he retained all of the information, the version trailers especially play around with cutscenes and voicelines from various sources, whether it be events or character quests that he might not even get to. ultimately he streams genshin fairly intensely for only a couple times a year, and isn’t trying to get through all of the available content. i wouldn’t say gigguk plays genshin casually, but he definitely doesn’t play it as seriously as many of the people calling out “spoilers” to the trailers. to me the argument is less that he needs to watch all the trailers instead of listening to chat for potential spoilers, but it’s that people feel so annoyingly overly protective and are quick to call everything a spoiler when it isn’t. i understand as well that some people may prefer to avoid trailers all together, and do prefer going in “completely blind,” but it feels so weird to police that on someone who clearly doesn’t view his gaming experience the same way. there definitely are youtube videos uploaded to genshin’s channels that contain story spoilers coming straight from the game, but when someone is calling a version preview or a character teaser a “spoiler” it really dilutes what that word even means. i mean gigguk watched the wrong Scaramouche teaser that people warned him was “spoilers” and his experience of the story since has been everything BUT hampered by it, it just really isn’t that big of a deal if he chooses to watch them, especially since there’s so much extra genshin content found in the youtube channel that isn’t fully apparent in-game, and expecting him to come back to older trailers is pretty unreliable

On one hand gacha communities, particularly Hoyo ones, has such a spoilery and leak centric online culture that anyone is bound to be spoiled if nothing else because of the sheer amount of people taking part of this medium. On the other hand, there's your argument where anyone is unlikely to retain information provided in a trailer, which is most certainly true, but then there's people who _Absolutely_ will retain that information and more, and will immediately recognize where the story is going by just a few snippets of information. You say people are quick to call out spoilers but in my experience in 99/100 times, especially in big chatrooms, spoilers are there long before anyone warns about spoilers. The thing about spoiler culture in these games is that some (a lot of) people are actually stupid enough to not be spoiled, so they will frivolously say anything that comes to their mind because they think everyone is as dumb as they are, all the while at least partially ruining the experience for anyone even remotely sensitive to spoilers. Then they will pull some bullshit argument appropriate to their level of intelligence to try and colour it as consumer friendly when it's just an excuse for them to not be considerate towards other people.

And as a healer specifically she’s definitely one of the best in the game at keeping you alive. Quality of Life also matters as a metric when measuring characters. So to dismiss both her and the people that use her as “bad” is just so shitty. And doesn’t it also matter that she’s Furina’s best healer partner? Anyway, I’m not talking numbers or meta, all I meant is that people are hating on her and the people that use her too much. And since you’re one of them, I would want to ask you why it seems to make you so mad to use and enjoy unconventional characters? Do you think it’s right for people to make fun of the people that find her useful? Isn’t it good to have different kinds of characters for different kinds of players? I’m not just talking about aesthetics here. For me personally, I’m not a very good gamer (my reaction speed is too slow and my hands are too uncoordinated), but I love playing games like this and I love this game. And Sigewinne has been a huge QoL upgrade for me. She gives huge team wide heals with just her skill, way better and more conviennent than anyone else (and the ‘team-wide’ part is super needed) and even her burst is pretty good quick solid damage for downtime, especially on a quick swap team. Of course her kit could be better, I’m not saying it’s amazing, or at all universal. But the amount of people saying she has no utility is crazy. Maybe she doesn’t have utility to YOU, and that’s fine; you are not forced to pull for her. But she is objectively very useful to a lot of people like me (who do, in fact, matter), so the overwhelming hate whenever she’s brought up is just so shitty and sad.

Xianyun has got to be one of the most fun characters. her exploration use is fun (even when there's others who can slightly do it better), her support is fun (even if there's a good number of others who can, again, do it better) and I just love the lore of her time living in Liyue, trying to appear human when everyone can just take one look at her and immediately suspect "nope, yeah that's not a human. 100% Adeptus. Pretty sure that's Cloud Retainer, even." but they're all cool with it regardless.

Nope probably the same as other gacha game not playing it unless there are auto play. He just "speedrunning" genshin main story 1 year after the release as usual and fullfilling his promise to his audience. Probably gonna speedrunning wuwa the same as genshin in the future if he have free time
