Summary:- 1. We and our mind are different and we control our mind. What the mind thinks is not reality and we tend to react to what it thinks, unnecessarily. So analyse what the mind is thinking and separate yourself from your mind. 2. Giving your attention is like giving your money. Give it only where the return is higher than the cost. Don't give attention to anything for atleast 1 hour everyday. 3. Concentrate on your breath for 10-20 min per day and think only what you want your mind to think. 4. Imagination is more important than knowledge. 5. Imagine, write, plan, act.

Step 1 - convince yourself:you and your brain are 2 completely different elements Step 2 - atleast a day focus for 1 hour without any notification or intervention from anybody Step 3 - atleast for 10-20 mins meditate by that he means focus on your breath and tell your brain to focus on it even if it thinks something else.
