Hey Brett, first it's great to see you on the GP channel. You helped me hugely when I was using Ab-Live to control my rig, until I lost my lite install, and couldn't get it back without popping for the real version. But just as I was at that crossroad, COVID hit, and it all became moot, until now. You had done a video on your channel about GP and I liked the concept, but until now I've gotten by with Reason as my host, since most of my gigs were jazz oriented, not calling for a lot of sound changes, mostly Keyscapes for piano and Kontact for organ, bass, etc. Anyway, I was able to take advantage of the academic discount and just downloaded GP yesterday. Within 2 hours I had my basic rig set up, with parameters mapped to my controller. Then 24 hours later I've built an expanded rig for a show I'm doing soon, requiring sound changes on the fly (a major motivation). I am so stoked with the platform, and looking forward to actually using it live. Loved this video as well. Jim is clearly a power user.

Hey Craig, glad it worked out for you --- by the way, if you like the Reason plugins, they do have a VST version of them that loads into Gig Performer so you can get the best of both worlds.

At 1:05:30, I'm asked why I chose inputs 2 and 3 on the mixer for a stereo feed. I wasn't paying close enough attention to the question. I understood later when we were discussing this choice on another rackspace and I had forgotten that I was in fact using inputs 3 and 4 because 1/2 was a mono input.
