He actually did tho, he talked shit to Poole and Poole talked shit back after not saying anything, he is dealing with problems and decided to take them out on Poole. It's like if you and a friend had an argument after they have been treating you a way and you said something back then the next day they come and punch you even tho you didn't say anything to them. Yes Draymond had family issues doesn't excuse him for going off on Poole like that especially since he was the one that started shit

He instigated a situation with a bystander, someone who was literally minding their own business…if Draymond was really affected by his personal problems then don’t go to practice or at the very least don’t take it out on a teammate

Lacob decided no suspension for Green because he didn’t want him to miss the ring presentation. That there in conjunction with the assault of Poole destroyed any team chemistry that existed and put a severe dent in their carefully cultivated culture. In the end all of it empowered Green and he’s taken the ball and ran with it to repair his image and trash Poole’s. Green simply lacks character.

@@MatthewBoyer-bh6yj Let me add that Green refused to even try to reconcile with Poole over the course of the season. This going directly against the constant requests from team management and likely Lacob also, as he is who ultimately decides what is what. Green really does pretty much what he wants with little blow back. Over the last year it has seemed to have empowered him to the point that he is beyond being hard to take. The team last season seemed to have made him their unofficial spokesperson and the media embraced him giving him a platform that increased his exposure beyond what a player of his stature deserves.

What makes the situation inexcusable is instead of having Draymond come out and apologize to the organization, fans and Poole personally in a public manner, they chose to shelf it and make Jordan Poole the scapegoat. They allowed all types of narratives that put a bad connotation on his career to circulate and and never did they once reach out to try and correct it. This move has both destroyed the Warriors dynasty moving forward as well as robbed the Warriors of the next face of their franchise all in one off season and as a Warrior’s fan, there is nothing more disappointing to hear than this. We loved Jordan Poole, man. To hear he wasn’t even at fault is heart crushing. Especially after the playoffs Draymond had, that NO ONE is talking about…

The facts are Draymond himself PERSONALLY CAUSED two super star caliber players to leave the team. I believe Draymond told everyone it was about his family, but I don't believe that. He was crying because he knew he f'd up and was trying to get out of the situation. Dray felt embarrassed because the whole team laughed at him (and because he knew what Jordan was saying was the truth). And he came the next day to prove something. And when Jordan wasn't impressed, his feelings were hurt even more. He couldn't tell the team that was the real reason, so he used his family as a scapegoat. And we know Draymond is a liar because he keeps trying to make it seem as though Poole said something wrong: "things you don't say as a man." He's a liar.

People laughing at JP on a world stage for being bullied and his team not backing him up, and then cry about mental health and the pressure on athletes, etc. It’s maddening tbh. Dray ain’t a kid. He didn’t own up to his part of the incident. The kids thing feels like a whole ass lie. This man approached Poole with aggression. Got in his face, looking to make the altercation physical. This was straight up planned, don’t give me no blackout BS. I’m sorry it’s some BS to take any of your insecurity out in someone else, especially physically and especially your own teammate, and ESPECIALLY when unprovoked. This vid straight up making me a JP fan.

I would understand the reason behind the punch that Dray felt, but he talked shit to poole first, if he can't handle it don't dish it, family matters or not, he was dead set to hit jordan no matter what, the perfect person to take his off and on the court anger out, he new poole will shove him or something when he got into his face, he planned the whole shit.

From the way how it looks at a certain angle. It kind of makes you think Draymond was looking for a reason to let out whatever he had in him. For all we know (depending on Draymond’s mind at the time) Draymond could even have wanted a reason to punch Poole. But Poole wasn’t giving it to him so Draymond let it out anyway. The way how Poole was fighting back the day before must’ve created some sort of animosity for Draymond and the issue with his ex didn’t make it better. This is why it’s better for people not to carry out their relationships with others like that. If one of them is the type to let their insecurities get the best of them and something else adds to it and only makes it worse. Things like this happen.

and the GSW decided to trade away poole( their future) instead of draymond( a washed up lebron nut-hugger)... draymond claims he was going through some shit BEFORE practice, that doesnt justify anything cos when he came to practice poole was minding his own business, draymond, despite what he had going on at home, came to practice looking for problems with a poole who was minding his own business so that family excuse dont count whatsoever..

Nah fam Draymind he didn't blacked out, he took he frustrations on Poole cause he got in Draymond feelings after he talked back to him. Then Draymond goes through supm the next day now he's blown so he's decides to get back at Poole with that punch. Nah he folded. Family issues doesn't give you any excuse to attack ur teammate when your family issues had nothing to do with the teammate. It created the animosity and Poole left the warriors.

So, not only Green's an out of control unaccountable bully, but he's also manipulative. We can't excuse assault because Dray was sad and played the victim. He'd be even more disgusting if this is true. Gonna give him the benefit of doubt because it's all hear say. Also being an expensive back pack is funny.

Again, we’re making excuses for a man in his mid 30s being emotional like a woman, meanwhile the bright young star gets a little cocky like most talented young men and it’s his fault?? Fuck that fr Draymond has been getting a pass for being emotional his whole career, he’s a grown ass middle aged man with kids of his own to set an example for, there’s no more “growing” as a person like Poole who’s in his early 20s. At this point that’s just WHO HE IS
