Poor lady this really sucks but Social Service does this all the time. They take kids who should be left home and don’t take kids that are clearly abused. This police department also sucks and her Attorney should call media and Attorney General of that state. Gif bless this little guy and pray the older sister goes home.

If I were her I would start investigating all the other cases where CPS or doctors make false claims and have taken people’s kids, and it turns out the children actually had some kind of undiagnosed medical issue, but even after getting a diagnoses, kids are often not given back to their parents.

So it’s in court record on Aug 9, 2023 that the father was specifically told by an investigating detective that Heston’s autopsy showed “significant amount of bruising on him” but the autopsy wasn’t released until October?Shouldn’t that fact have been included in the family court emergency motion?

Not surprising AT ALL. I had a domestic violence situation and called to tell them my ex came to my home broke my belongings and threatened me. The police NEVER showed up due it being a he said /she said. I was able to get a protective order but the judge couldn’t believe the police never showed up.

Over a decade ago, I was in my early 20s and had just started dating my now husband. He and I were pretty heavily into smoking weed back then, and at about 10pm one night we pulled over at a random Gilbert park to smoke. As we went to a ill-lit area to sit, we noticed the smell of someone already smoking weed, even heard some coughing across the greenbelt, of what we assumed were other teenagers smoking in an ill-lit spot. Anyways, them being there first- they finished up first. Lo-and-behold, out walk 3 officers IN FULL UNIFORMS... THEY were the ones smoking, not other teens, we were flabbergasted. And the clincher? They all got back in a squad car - 2 in one car that was parked in the culdasack nearby, and another walked off and down a different street-- but still got in a squad car he had parked off in the distance. I still think about it sometimes, and I'm like WHAT.. there's always been rumors of Gilbert cops being corrupt AF, but after seeing that I have NO DOUBTS.

Wow. This is sick. And these detectives there and everywhere do whatever they want. I was arrested after 8 months of being sex trafficked. I finally found it in my soul ididnt want to die and ran after a beating and being chained up for 3 days. I was y months pregnant and my abuser lilled my son. I was drugged beaten put in hotel rooms and raped. They made it feel safe to talk. They had video evidence neighbor's who could hear me screaming and police body cam after i was put in the back of a car 1 week before finally running showing i was put in a door with the child safety on and beaten until my face was so beaten i lost teeth and couldnt see for 2 months out my right eye. I was then homeless with no one and nothing. I was threatened if i went to court i would be killed. They called after 2 months and told me if i didnt testify i would go from a victim to a defendant as fast as a call. I hung up and more scared now then ever. Noy the police or anyone could save me. I was arrested a year later after a mentally ill girl literally told them my story and acted as if it was hers. She is smi and they knew it. I didnt even know why i was being arrested. I never im 30 years was in yrouble and they arrested me as his co defendant and got rid of the major chargers he had against me. Of course the predotor is out now and i have charges because i didnt understsmd the system and plead guilty so i didnt wait in jail any longer then they already had me. They dropped all major charges and left me with a misdemeanor. They will look at you in the eye and know theyre lying and go home and dont lose a second of sleep. They are as much of a predator as the others in the streets. Except with power

She was my relative who died in front of me & I can honestly say it didn't take long at all for me to feel that wasn't a person anymore.
