Personally I think it might just indicate the change in mentality after fighting bog. Afterall, bog was quite literally inside his head and body, fighting will against will. GG won by attrition but theres no telling what exactly changed within him after the encounter. Perhaps hes more violent and willing to strike after the trauma of the event? Perhaps he's simply still working through his problems mentally and bog is symbolic of that. We did see imagery of GG's statue slowly being submerged in water, drowning imagery. Oxob also has his own trauma to deal with so who knows?

I'm gonna say that Gildedguy is gonna have a really, really tough time. His suit has been shown to not only have gold in it, but silver, and copper as well. Which are all very good at conducting electricity. Hopefully those mitts of his are padded in some way. But, Gildedguy has also never been very good against speed-type opponents, unless he had some way to surprise them. SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE OTHER EPISODES: ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... This is all speculation, it's just all fan theory from here on. Gildedguy still seems to be suffering the after effects from the Green-Eyed Cowboy, I feel like his "vacation" is to get away from all the people he could potentially hurt, (and considering how easily the Green-Eyed Cowboy was gonna murder a child because of a little greed and jealously...) and it would only get worse if he stayed in the same environment. He could relapse, hard. He hasn't gotten rid of the cowboy, only suppressed him when you saw how the cowboy was still looming behind him. He needs to find a proper outlet against all the... well, utter shit he's gone through: 1.) Having his paid food burnt by a mediocre chef, and his expensive armor destroyed. 2.) Getting his armor destroyed again, and getting severely burned by Jade and having to run for his life against some of the strongest RHG fighters. 3.) Having to fight his own poverty and greed. 4.) Nearly dying from Bog and definitely suffering from some mental and physical trauma. (LOOKING AT YOU GILDED NUTZ.) 5.) Having to fight against his own poverty and greed, again. 6.) Seeing a potential love interest, not actually be a love interest. So... he would turn to the only other person, other than Lilian, (the silver-colored kid with the mask, and blue cape), his number one fan, that took notice of him, well there was Penny, (the red-colored girl)... he would definitely still have some mixed feelings about her, but he would support Jade and her team, and also participate in the tournament as well. But... if a certain metal-limbed, blue-colored fighter were to try and take his place... things would get ugly. If he lets his anger, greed, or even jealousy rear its ugly head, that his spot on the RHG would be at risk, his attacks could get rather... brutal if he were to lose control. Speaking of losing control... I wanna say that Bog is gonna have some play into this. It's weird, it seems to have been some time since he sliced his own hands, and yet he still wears those mittens, either he's uncomfortable wearing his metal gauntlets, or they for some reason haven't properly healed yet. As gross as it is, once a piece of Bog enters your system, he will never leave you. Oxob seems like the perfect counter against Bog, since electricity creates intense heat and light, but just because he's weak against them, doesn't mean it will actually take him down. Gildedguy seems like he always holds back, all he wants to do is have fun, and he just wants everyone to enjoy life. But his heart of gold is just like his armor, gilded thinly, and at any moment could reveal what he tries his hardest to lock away, because he is a pure, and kindhearted person. If his no-kill rule were to suddenly be taken away... shit would go down. You saw how much damage Gildedguy could do if he really let loose when he fought against Bog, if that were any other fighter, they would have surely lost. Hell, maybe that scene in Guildedguy vs Bog, when his armor encased Bog was foreshadowing something. Maybe I'm looking too hard into this, I don't know.

For some reason, the trailer has a big highlight on Bog and I think I know why. We know Gildedguy has some message around fear (Bog), greed (Green Eye Cowboy), and I think now is looking back on the past. I can imagine how scaring Bog was for him because he didn't win, he survived, and during the trailer we see Oxob backstory with losing his hands. This is just my theory, who knows what this genus has in store for us. IM SO HYPED!!!

I also noticed at times where you couldn't see Gildedguy's eyes anymore similar to how he was when he went into COMPLETE Murder Mode on Bog. Late to the party, but like dude. Dude. This is just the trailer and there are already moments that I'm re watching over and over again. It's so smooth and slick, and you notice more things each time. Like Bog's reflection in Gilded's sword, or the goop effects in his name reveal in the title shot. Wow oxob sure is traumatized after what happend you can see happen in 0:41-0:43 If you also paid attention to the 3d scene of gildedguy kneeling down the rock showing his arms hurting it might be bog because of his previous battle in 0:22-0:25 Also here at 0:43 we get a glimpse of the injured hand here looks like oxob is trying to hurt gildedguy's hand so he can feel the same way he lost his arms Btw at 0:54 we get a glimpse of bog in the reflection of the sword i think bog is going to be in this idk Edit:i just wanted explain about what is gonna happen in this fight so if im wrong then ok.
