I’ve seen a few videos of yours on the DNS’s and they are 👍 So, I got one too, and working on it The bugger won’t go past 20min (stage 6 70kit) Not sure if the veriator is set right Should there be the 5.5mm spacer before the variator goes in? Also, the one in situ looks smaller to another one I have in the shed (smaller rollers, smaller diameter etc) Any advice, would be appreciated

6g should be better but they are larger than speedfight ones So 7g can be ok Remember the clean Dry Sometimes the washer needs to be in to keep it in line They should be getting 50mph easy !

My gilera stalker will run fine on E 10 but I still use E5 I only use E10 if I absolutely have to

Hi mark I could do with your help… Just purchased a 2002 gilera dna 50cc LC It starts and runs When riding it’s slow at take off and no power and rattles from kickstart case . Took case off and was missing 2 rollers so put a fresh set of rollers in. Takes off good but still no power hits 14mph and revs out full throttle, has some after market carb on and a pod filter with a 70 main jet and air / fuel screw is 1 & half turns out

6 g x6 and clean ,good blt and clutch ok so carb yes mate thats you problems try and get a gilera carb and to be honest 70 to 80 jet are good on these but id be going for 74 and the right dna air filter that will sort it other wise some cheap carbs like the setting air mix all the way in !

Hi mark I put some 5.5g rollers in at the correct size and it’s hitting 30mph now however it’s still rattling from the kickstart case , having issues with a earth wire for my indicators and I can’t seem to get the electric start to work

yes bud its fine the moped / bike can be derestricted, its just the law that say 16 years olds shouldn't be going more than 30mph however on todays roads and where i live 30 mph is death and all peds / bikes should do more

I've had about 30 of them and all have gone very well except the 4t 125cc !! Slow really slow 56 max But a small upjet , sports exhaust, fresh rollers and a sports inbox filter As in my other videos bud Easy to do
