Amaar bahi mIn app ki diet k baray mIn concern hon app log itna travel kirtay ho app logo jo chaye k apna ko hygienic. Food seth rakha kirrain like protein bars aur kuch protein shakes because over the years you will lose your health if yoiu keep on eating bsd food from out side . Thrre are some healthy diet plans such as boiled eggs fruits and wheat biscuits and honey And dates make sure carry few good things with you ! In case of emergency
