Gilly…these are gorgeous! Have you thought about empty spray paint can to hold your vases? The paint drips off cleanly onto canvas and you can grab by bottom to move. 😉

Hi and hello there ! I saw the very same video where you can put together different acrylic paint colors in different small cups and spill onto what ever size canvass thus by tilting the canvass every which way to get different designs , I haven't tried this of yet .

I believe the key is to prime the vase with a single color. This will provide some resistance to gravity of the poured paint off the vase.

💘 your video but I have 2 questions...1. Why do you so many layers on when the 1st layer doesnt show anyway? 2. If using a a tray or canves to catch your run off, how do you apply the resin? Just pour it on or brush it on resin. Can you do resin coat on canvas?? 😊 for all your good advice.

Because all the colours have blocked out the light, a bit like block out curtains. Also the vase, before it was decorated was a smokey glass rather than totally clear. But the same dark effect inside would be the same I guess
