@@TheMarkmcr Well let's start at the beginning: Lorelai and Rory in the back of the truck while Luke is all alone driving, as they walk through the door Rory goes in after Lorelai and then Luke is behind her, (Luke and Lorelai should have gone together holding hand as they pulled aside the gauze for the big reveal), then the show Rory's reaction to the sign and wonder at the whole thing, then Lorelai (alone again) goes through the hedge and grabs the hat, then Luke finally shows up pushing the ladder. This is more than half way into the scene and it's the first time Luke and Lorelai have interacted just the two of them. And it's so brief. Then Lorelai is alone again watching the dancers, then Rory reactions as she connects with Lorelai, the FINALLY Luke and Lorelai are dancing! It lasts 5 seconds and then over to Rory for 10. So all in all out of a 2 minute scenes Luke and Lorelai interact for MAYBE 20 seconds (that's being very generous). In the context of the show I kinda get it but this is supposed to be Luke and Lorelai's wedding FINALLY. WHY aren't they together in SO many of these shots? Rant but this really bothers me.

@@TheMarkmcr I'm not talking about this particular video. I'm talking about in the context of the show that Luke and Lorelai's wedding scene is more about Lorelai and Rory than it is Luke and Lorelai.

@@loveGG3. I get where you're coming from. But don't you think it's right that the last 10 minutes of the season should be Lorelai and Rory? Essentially, the whole series has been about their relationship. The other characters are of course very important and how they weave in and out of the girl's lives all go to make this show the delight that it has become. But the show has always worked best when the storyline has L&R in the same scenes. I think the writers just wanted that. One of them was always going to get married and the other one was never going to be on the sidelines. The groom was always going to be second fiddle come the big day. Nobody knew this better than Luke. I'm pretty sure he was OK with it. That's what I think anyway 😀
