Used to visit Bournemouth when the trams were running back in the 50/60.s then moved down in 69. Seen the town change so much. That big shop on the corner used to be called Bobby,s. Used to paddle in the stream in the gardens with my cousins and listen to the band in the bandstand. Not as colourful without the flowerbeds. Not been here for a few years now so thank you.

Have just recently came across your channel….and really enjoying all the varied places that you visit. When I was a kid in the 60s and 70’s , my dear old dad would take us to the south coast on holiday every summer, driving all the way from Scotland…this was a helluva drive…long before the days of linked-up motorways. Bournemouth was always our favourite….it seemed very exotic compared to grimey old Glasgow… Bournemouth still looks the business…and to be fair….Glasgow is now full of tourists as well!😀 Cheers, Kenny

Lived in Bournemouth twice. My son was born in Boscombe Hospital (now long gone). Hancock's brother had a flower stall outside the hospital. I also managed the Pavilion Theatre for several years. I could tell a few stories from that job I can tell you!

It’s a shame that you can’t put music on when you edit instead of the mundane sounds around you. Ah a little bit of music happened. Nicer if it were for the whole recording and blot out the other noises.
@GimbalWalkTV3 ай бұрын
Every day I wake up and someone shouts at me for a video a did a while back where I put music on it Quite honestly it gets me down the whole music debate as I just get equal amounts of people wanting opposite things and I’m caught in the middle of the argument 😮🤣
