This song is amazing, why’s it not on the radio? It needs to be played on the airwaves.

I just heard it on satellite radio. Lithium station! 😊

If music producers pushed rock music as hard as they did in the past, or as hard as they push R&B and rap today, it would be popular. But they don't, so it's not popular anymore. But it can still be found, if you look hard enough.

It’s because corporate radio sucks and those In charge wouldn’t know good music if it hit them in the face

Seems so long, fight madness on the brink Bite your tongue but the blood's not all you'll drink Not like your mind, sink like the fallen sun And these tears are the cost of all I've done Time can't wake your frozen heart With an ocean in between us, we can only row so far And love won't wait for you so long What the hell you thought that heaven had just covered up the sun Face the dark Face the dark Feels so quiet and the stars look different now For months were silent but we made it out somehow I think you're right unlike the love you've lost It's easy to look back and wish our time was not a bust Time can't wake your frozen heart With an ocean in between us, we can only row so far And love won't wait for you so long What the hell you thought that heaven had just covered up the sun Face the dark You face the dark Only when you walk alone, you hold the night Lost, set the world alight Face the dark Only when you walk alone, you hold the night Lost, set the world alight Face the dark You face the dark Only when you face the dark

Very proud of you. Keep the faith. This band like no other can touch my soul and allow me to believe that although life is impossibly hard, keep going. Snapshots of love and light still randomly appear.

Always loved this band. I didn't even know they were still around. Heard Robin when he was hosting one of the alternative radio stations on XM-Sirius radio, this week. He played this song and I was smitten. Man, they still sound great. Hunted the song down and found this video this morning. Beautiful and refreshing.

I got to see them last October. Much older now, but they were the first band I ever saw in concert, so they hold a dear place in my heart. What a wonderful song written by Robin Wilson!! I learned this on the guitar after buying the album. My wife loves it!

Not to take anything away from this song, I love it just like I do anything by Gin Blossoms... but I want to know why I can't find their song 'Please Don't Ask Me' anywhere 😢 I absolutely love that song, and I had it when I bought the iTunes version of that album. But I lost some of my music when I moved years ago, and unfortunately that was some of what I lost. I'd buy it again if I could find it. But I can't seem to locate it anywhere. Please help!!!!

Funny thing is I've never really listened to them. I grew up in the University District of Seattle during the 90's. A great time indeed. But I listened mostly to Alice N Chains, Rage, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Melvin's, Sonic Youth, Tool, and some other stuff. My taste was a bit louder, and more aggressive. Funny being I smoked ganja like a bloody chimney. Anyhow, I heard this song for the first time this week....hahaha! No I'm not joking. I love it. Between this song and Fade into you from mazzy star (which I only started listening to also) I've found some great 90's stuff I didn't give a chance back in the day. It truly brings me back to my better days.❤️

If this were 1996? This album would have probably gone platinum (or close). And this song, Break and Wonder - IMO - would have all been at least minor, single hits. Today? Nothing. Pop music SUCKS today. ☮

I can barely stand to hear Allison Rd. I lived with a guy. He looked alot like like Ozzie Ozborne when Ozzie was young and just starting out. If I had married him we would have made the social columns from Ohio to Alabama. His former girlfriend had gone to a private school in London. I remember one morning at breakfast....he turned and caught me looking at him and I blushed....he could still do that to me after 6 years. He stood up and came over and took me in his arms and just held me. But there was a part of me that was just too broken...I just could never trust... so one day I left. I never told anyone where I was going and I never went back. It's funny what you remember when you start writing. There was a video of his old girlfriend that he'd taken with an old 8mm. She was so beautiful. I think she loved him too he was trying to get the video...they were kids probably fourteen and when she looked at him she would blush.

The road we lived on was Nelson rd. We lived in a lakehouse his parents gave him when he graduated. He sold the place and died a few years later.
